GTC
Validity of the GTC and conclusion of contract
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to purchase contracts with private customers that are concluded via the Footballcards.ch website.
The order is confirmed by Footballcards.ch. The contract is concluded as soon as the buyer receives the confirmation. If the confirmation is not received within a reasonable period of time, the buyer shall be deemed to have rejected the order.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), shipping costs are charged separately.
Footballcards.ch reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date apply to customers.
Terms of delivery
Unless otherwise stated, items ordered via our online store are available for immediate delivery.
Shipping costs are added to the item prices; the possible shipping methods and shipping costs are shown in the order process. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.
Shipping
We ship worldwide! All shipments by are sent via Swiss Post.
For shipments within Switzerland and Liechtenstein we apply a flat rate of 5 Chf.
The rates for international shipments can be checked with the Swiss Post Calculator, shipments up to 2 Kg are sent with the service 'International small goods' with the option 'Registered International Mail', shipiments from 2 Kg up to 20 Kg are sent with the service 'Post Pac International'. All shipments have a tracking number and can be tracked on the Swiss Post website.
Dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.
Please contact us if shipping to your country is not possible at checkout.
For orders to delivery addresses outside of Switzerland: The shipment is declared as goods with correct content and value, an invoice is enclosed. Customs fees may apply when the shipment arrives in your country. These fees are not included in the product prices or shipping costs, they are due upon delivery at destination and payment is the responsibility of the recipient.

Right of withdrawal
The purchase contract can be revoked within 30 days without giving reasons. The period for exercising this right begins on the day on which the goods are received by the recipient. The customer can return already delivered goods at his own expense, payments already made minus our delivery costs will be refunded by Footballcards.ch.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail).
If a customer withdraws from the purchase due to defects in the goods or other reasons for which Footballcards.ch is responsible, Footballcards.ch will refund any amounts already paid as well as the return shipping costs.
Application of law and place of jurisdiction
The contract is subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is 8302 Kloten.
